PM Legacy Scholarship
Our Commitment to Higher Education
The Preventive Measures Foundation is dedicated to advancing higher education and empowering the next generation of professionals in Human Services. Since 2019, we have awarded over $210,000 in scholarships to nearly 150 outstanding individuals from more than 50 colleges and universities. Through our PM Legacy Scholarship, we will grant $2,000 each to up to 45 students for the 2024-2025 academic year. The scholarship is available to Human Services students who reside in or attend school in Pennsylvania, Washington, DC, or Georgia.
Introducing the EQUITABLE MINDS Initiative
In 2024, we expanded scholarship eligibility to include students from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), regardless of their residency. Our EQUITABLE MINDS initiative was launched to help close gaps in communities of color, empowering future mental health professionals who bring shared lived experiences to their work.
